Username confidentiality:

I understand that the username and password assigned to me as a SagiKalev.Com member subscriber are for my personal use only, and cannot be disclosed to any othe group or individual. I agree that violation of the above confidentiality provision may result in termination of my membership. In addition, the use of automated "stripper" software to download the entire website contents is prohibited.

Payment default:

I agree that my membership may be terminated immediately if I fail to fully pay the membership fees as scheduled. The membership fee currently in effect is $9.95 per 30-day period.

Service cancellation:

I undersatand that SagiKalev.Com reserves the right to cancel service or any reason without notice, and that should this occur, I will receive a refund of fees pro-rated on the basis of the amount paid and the cancellation date.

Membership cancellation:

Membership in SagiKalev.Com is based on a monthly fee and is automatically renewed at 30-day intervals. I understand that if I wish to cancel my membership, I must notify CCBill, by following their notification and cancellation procedures. Cancellation of membership during a 30-day period will not entitle the member to a refund of any portion of that period's fee, but will take effect on the renewal date.

Future fees and taxes:

I understand that I am responsible for payment of any taxes or fees that any governmental entity may impose at a future date.

Liability release:

I release SagiKalev.Com, associates and assignees from any and all liability related to my use of this site. I understand that the WorldWideWeb and its electronic components are subject to occasional interruptions and/or failures, and that my access to the site could be disrupted as a result. I also understand that SagiKalev.Com makes no express or implied warranties regarding the subjective quality of its services, and that SagiKalev.Com will not be liable for damages that might result from use of the site and its contents.

Revision:

I understand and agree that SagiKalev.Com reserves the right to change its membership fees at any time, and that this "Membership Agreement" may likewise be revised. If so, I agree that I will comply with the provisions of the revised agreement in order to continue as a member subscriber.
